Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, head to our contact us page. Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items shipped back to us without prior approval won't be accepted. For any return-related question, reach out through our contact us page.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return what you have, and once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will post to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, please contact us.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping rates & delivery times

United States:

Standard — 5–7 business days — $9.95 (free on orders $100+)
Expedited — 2–3 business days — $22.95
Overnight — 1 business day — $33.25

Canada:

Standard International — 7–10 business days — $25
Expedited International — 3–7 business days — $40

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on US orders over $100. Applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method you select.

Order tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the email arrives.

Shipping to Canada

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping rates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs. Double-check that your address (including postal code) is accurate before checkout.

Incorrect address or returned packages

It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer covers the cost of re-shipping. Need to update your address after placing an order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged packages

We pack every order with care, but once it's in the carrier's hands we can't be liable for what happens. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
